The entire team from Creoglass have been amazing, and they have been so accommodating to every one of our requests. They even went the extra mile to colour match the lower glass protectors to the wall, which wasn’t easy. The purple haze splashbacks, and lower wall protectors are the “cherry on top of the cake” which have transformed our new kitchen to something even more gorgeous and amazing that we’re really proud of. If you are considering using Creo Glass in your kitchen think no longer. … My experience of the whole process from precision measuring by Cornell followed by the skilful design from Joe, all overseen by Alex my project manager, produced a stunning result - the uniqueness of the splashback and worktop gave my kitchen a total WOW factor. Yes, it is costly but worth every penny so Go for it !!!!

The team at CreoGlass are excellent. Very professional. The website is easy to navigate and they can provide you with an indicative price quite quickly to make sure you are happy to proceed. The survey was clear and thorough. An opportunity was given to ask questions about fitting and to make sure everything was OK. They also were very flexible about dealing with a less than straight wall. The price was reasonable for the quality of the product and they accurately updated the quote post survey (down slightly in my case) which I thought was very honest. The fitters were experienced, friendly and did a great job mounting our bronze mirrored splashback. The installation was pretty painless and we got an excellent stylish product at the end. Thank you

Wanted a glass splashback with a design on it , as part of our kitchen re-design, and had seen an image we liked online, but was unsure as to how it would turn out and if it would have the effect we wanted to get. Creoglass have been excellent and I thoroughly recommend them. From Nicole in the office who provided quotations and advice via email and over the phone, to the guys that turned up with the Proliner tool to take accurate measurements, to the fitters who did the installation. A big thank you to the whole team. I'd been looking at numerous splashback companies for almost a year – and had a dozen different tiny samples from various places and had just about given up finding what I wanted until I found Creoglass. It seems very few places offer matt satin glass, but I'm thrilled with the result, which you can see in the picture. I was really happy with their service: e.g. when they turned up to do the templating they even brought a decent sized sample (30cm x 30cm) in the colour I wanted, which helped so much with my final decision making, and for the installation I was able to specify a mid morning so I could get a handyman in beforehand to take the tap out and come back in the afternoon to replace it and put in the electrical sockets. It's details like this that made such a difference.

Five star product and service! It took us a little bit of time to choose the correct splash back because the original choice was unavailable due to Covid situation however it was worth the wait. Alex and his team were very patient and worked very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. We visited the workshop in Watford which displays an amazing range of samples to suit every taste and if you still can’t find what you like they will produce a piece exactly to your liking! The installation team was also supper efficient, quick and didn’t make any mess. On the whole I would definitely recommend CreoGlass and the beautiful pieces they design. I would recommend Creo Glass Design to my family, friends and anyone thinking of installing a kitchen splashback. The whole process was very professionally conducted. The ordering of samples, the administration communications, the scheduling of survey and install date, the actual surveying and installation personnel were on time, very polite and knowledgeable, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Most off all, the end result is spectacular, we really appreciate their ability to achieve perfection. We are absolutely delighted with the end result.

Originally another company had started my back splash project which turned out to be most frustrating and after 9 months I cancelled the work and contacted Creoglass. Working with the Creoglass has been sheer delight. Their professional approach to the project was outstanding. Within a month a survey was done, detailed estimate submitted, completion date set. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and answered all queries promptly. I should add that all this was done by e-mails and telephone calls from the USA. I arrived back in the UK a few days before the installation. The result is exactly what I expected. Many thanks to Alex and his staff including the installation crew.
